Check out Polk School’s back to school guide with COVID protocols. Please remember if your child is exhibiting any symptoms, keep them home.
If they have been exposed to anyone with COVID or have a pending COVID test, keep them home and call the school to speak to our COVID liaison about specific details of when they can return.
