City Of Frostproof issued the following announcement on Sep. 14.
Calling all local businesses, civic organizations, churches, schools, athletic groups, neighborhoods and families... Be a part of Scarecrow Row. FREE registration. Decorate a family-friendly scarecrow to be placed downtown on the street lamp posts (for businesses & organizations) or in your front lawns (for residential.)
Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in each category. For more information please call 863 635-7855.
