Magnolia Montessori Academy issued the following announcement on Sep. 16.
The Montessori method includes an initiative of the “practice of virtues in everyday life” in hopes of sparking a global revolution of kindness, justice, and integrity.
In the Zion classroom, they made a class list of values that they want to embody this year. Then, each teacher and student picked one he/she wanted to focus on and made a flag to display as an empowering reminder.
Now, their chosen values hang around the classroom reminding them that they can individually and collectively lead authentic meaningful lives with compassion, confidence and integrity and so much more.
