Ruskin home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Ruskin rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 187 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 10.5% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Ruskin in the second half of 2016.
