Ruskin home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Ruskin rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $173,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 187 homes sold in Ruskin in the second half of 2017.
