Ruskin home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Ruskin rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 229 homes sold in Ruskin in the first half of 2016.
