The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate William Olson, William Olson for Congress, refunded $35 to Kenneth Powers on October 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

William Olson for Congress refunded $405 total since May 1.
