City Of Auburndale issued the following announcement on Oct. 25.
This Thursday is the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce's Halloween Harvest! This event will be a "reverse parade"; You can think of it as a drive-thru spectacle of spooky sights and hometown frights!
Roads will close around Downtown Auburndale at 5:30 PM on Thursday. Then at 6:30 PM the show begins! Cars can enter the event at Old Lake Alfred Road/Dairy Road, traveling towards downtown via Stadium Road. Guests will travel through the haunted streets, along the parade route and receive their bag of treats at the end of the route.
We are looking forward to celebrating the season and turning Downtown Auburndale into a spooktacular venue for this year’s Halloween Harvest! See you there!
