The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Scott Franklin, Scott Franklin for Congress, refunded $2,100 to Forough Hosseini on Sept. 22, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Scott Franklin for Congress has refunded $5,100 total since April 1.
