City Of Haines issued the following announcement on Mar. 22.
Help save lives and get cool free stuff at the same time!
On Thursday, March 24, the OneBlood bus will be at the Haines City Police Department, 35400 U.S. 27, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Blood donors will receive a $20 eGift card, a t-shirt and wellness checkup that includes a screening for blood pressure, cholesterol, pulse, temperature and iron levels.
Donors should be at least 16 years old and have a legal ID. Walk-ins are welcomed, but appointments are encouraged. To make an appointment, visit www.oneblood.org/donate-now and use sponsor code 20053.
