City Of Auburndale issued the following announcement on May 06.
Polk County is working to bring health and social services right to you. On Friday, May 13, resources, education and more will be available at the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex from 9 AM - 12 PM. Screenings will also be available (Blood pressure, total cholesterol, blood glucose and BMI).

• Dental screenings & fluoride/sealants
for children enrolled in school
• Healthcare Navigation
• Vaccinations
• Hearing Test and Amplified Phones
• Free bus passes for qualified residents
