City Of Davenport issued the following announcement on Sep. 30.
Very Important-Debris Removal/Cleanup Guidelines
Please do NOT place debris near or on trees, poles or other structures makes removal difficult. This also includes fire hydrants and meters.
Debris should be placed on curbside.
Debris should NOT block roadway.
