City Of Lake Wales issued the following announcement on Dec. 05.
Searching for property liens got a lot easier. The City of Lake Wales has a self-service online resource to process lien search requests. For more information, visit: https://www.lakewalesfl.gov/954/5986/Lien-Search-Request
Note: Each lien search request costs $50.
The complete property address and/or parcel ID number is required to complete a search for an outstanding municipal lien(s), code enforcement lien(s) and outstanding utility balance(s).
Please ensure you pay for the correct parcel/address when processing your search. Payment on an incorrect parcel/address will not be refunded.
