On Thursday, May 1, former Lakeland Senior High School standout Tori Copeland’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lynn Fighting Knights.

The game took place at NSU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Knights this season.

The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 12 p.m. at NSU Softball Stadium against Lynn Fighting Knights.
