Cost of college went down for all students at Artistic Nails and Beauty Academy-Lakeland

Tuition and fees fell 0.8 percent for 2018-19 at Artistic Nails and Beauty Academy-Lakeland, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Florida students paid $15,876 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $135 less than the $16,011 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 95 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 17 students received grants or scholarships totaling $51,225 and 13 students took out student loans totaling more than $72,889.

Including all undergraduates (159), 144 students used grants or scholarships totaling $434,794, and 119 students took out $572,163 in federal student loans.
