Dear families:
Due to the increase of families moving to our school zone, we are experiencing a large volume of phone calls for registration. Please allow us some grace as we are trying to enroll students as quickly as possible. If you have an appointment scheduled, please make sure that all required documents are current (i.e. proofs of address, utility bills) and that the registration packet is complete. WE CANNOT PROCESS INCOMPLETE PACKETS! Due to Covid-19 protocols we are registering 1 family at a time by appointment ONLY!
REGISTERING INFORMATION
If you want to register your child, please download the registration available on our website http://loughmanoaks.polk-fl.net. Once it is completed you can email it to :
loughmanoaksinfo@polk-fl.net
In the subject area please label as NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION, we will process the paperwork between 1 – 2 business days. CHECK YOUR SPAM (before calling us) if you do not hear from us in that time frame.
WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION
If you need to withdraw your child, please email us at – loughmanoaksinfo@polk-fl.net
Include your child’s name, date of birth, student ID if available and where the student will be attending, if it is a Polk County school, private school, charter school, out of county or out of state. Label the subject area STUDENT WITHDRAWAL, we will process the paperwork between 1 -2 business days. CHECK YOUR SPAM (before calling us) if you do not hear from us in that time frame.
Please be advised that there will be no registration of students on Orientation Day. If you miss Orientation, you will be notified of your child’s teacher electronically.
