Did you know Sun Grove has an Anti-Bias Anti-Racist (ABAR) task force?
This is part of our mission to create just and equitable environments for all. The full ABAR mission statement is:
As a part of the Sun Grove family, we recognize it as our duty as Montessorians and community members to create an environment that is inclusive to all. The Anti-Bias Anti-Racist task force's mission is to provide and develop resources that address bias with the intent to create a welcoming and safe community for everyone. It is our duty to not only provide resources but to expand our community to include a diverse population that is ever-growing.
The Sun Grove Montessori School ABAR task force strives to create an environment free from racism and bias for every child and serves as a resource for students, parents, and educators to build an inclusive community and world.
