Bartow Regional Medical Center issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
Congratulations to Kathleen, who recently received the DAISY Nurse Leader Award! She was nominated by the team she leads in the ICU: "There have been several occasions where Kathleen will work a day shift, then come in at night in order to provide support.. She does such a great job providing loving, supportive care to patients and family, to the point that the family would frequently ask to see Kathleen so they could thank her for her care.
There is not a hat this woman does not wear. There are not enough ways to sing the woman’s praises. Without her BayCare would be at a loss." Thank you, Kathleen!
