She was nominated by the team she leads in the ICU: "There have been several occasions where Kathleen will work a day shift, then come in at night in order to provide support.. She does such a great job providing loving, supportive care to patients and family, to the point that the family would frequently ask to see Kathleen so they could thank her for her care.
