Congressman Scott Franklin has announced several staffing changes within his Washington, D.C. office, effective May 16, 2025.

Will Sitton, who joined Franklin's team in 2021 and became Legislative Director in 2023, will be leaving to explore new professional opportunities. "Will has been a valued member of our team and a trusted advisor throughout his time on the Hill," said Congressman Franklin. "His leadership on legislative strategy, especially on agriculture issues and our work on appropriations has been instrumental in advancing priorities for Florida’s 18th District. We thank him for his service and wish him continued success."

Lindsey Mosley will assume the role of Legislative Director. She currently serves as Senior Policy Advisor and is recognized for her strong policy background and experience managing the Congressman’s legislative portfolio, particularly in national security, appropriations, and veteran’s issues.

Corey Noble will transition from Communications Director to Senior Policy Advisor for agriculture. In this new position, he will support the Congressman’s role as Vice Chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture and focus on critical water priorities under the Energy and Water Subcommittee.

Melissa Wolfe will move from Digital Media Director to Press Secretary, where she will oversee media relations. Brooke Aghakhan will expand her responsibilities to include speechwriting while continuing as Communications Advisor & Speechwriter.

"These team members have each demonstrated outstanding commitment, talent and adaptability," Franklin added. "I’m confident these transitions will strengthen our office and help us better serve the constituents of Florida’s 18th District."
