Join us in congratulating Winter Haven Deputy City Manager T. Michael Stavres who recently received the Credentialed Manager designation from the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). Deputy City Manager Stavres is the only manager/deputy manager in Polk County with the ICMA-CM credential. He is qualified by more than 25 years of professional local government executive experience, with 20 of those years with the City of Winter Haven where he began as the Director of Leisure Services (what is now known as Parks, Recreation & Culture).
