On March 4, 2025, Congressman Franklin shared his experience of meeting with students from Southeastern University's American Center for Public Leadership alongside former Congressman Dennis Ross. He expressed his enthusiasm for the event by stating "I always enjoy meeting with students from @seuniversity’s American Center for Public Leadership and former Congressman Dennis Ross. We had a great conversation about getting involved in public service. It’s inspiring to see such driven young leaders shaping our future!"

The following day, March 5, 2025, Franklin reflected on the significance of Ash Wednesday through a tweet. He wrote "Ash Wednesday is a time of reflection, repentance and renewal. May this season of Lent bring you closer to God and prepare your hearts for the hope of Easter." He also included a biblical reference: "From that time on Jesus began to preach, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.’” (Matthew 4:17).

On March 6, 2025, Franklin announced his role as co-chair for the upcoming Congressional Art Competition alongside Representative Chris Deluzio. He tweeted "Pleased to serve as a co-chair for the 2025 Congressional Art Competition alongside @RepDeluzio! This is a great opportunity to showcase the talent of young artists. I look forward to seeing their incredible artwork displayed in the U.S. Capitol."
