County of Polk recently issued the following announcement.
Celebrating brings us together, but let F.O.G. party in the trash, instead of in your drain and pipes. Start the year off right, by scraping all leftover dairy, food scraps, batters, icing, dressing and gravy into the garbage.
Pro tip: Let grease cool and then scrape it into the trash.
