- Building and Housing Board of Appeals (2 seats)
- Citizen's Advisory Committee (4 seats)
- Community Redevelopment Agency (1 seat)
- Municipal Police Officers' Retirement Trust Fund (1 seat)
Board applicants must reside within the city limits of Bartow.
