Scott Franklin has represented Florida’s 18th District since 2021 after replacing Ross Spano. He previously served in the Florida House of Representatives and resides in Lakeland. Born in Thomaston, Georgia in 1964 and now aged 58, Franklin is also an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy and Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University.
