a. Issuance of proclamation recognizing October 7, 2021 as Polk County Peace Officer Memorial Day. Being accepted by Interim Police Chief Dorman, Community Services Coordinator Lyn Bryan and Bartow Police Officers.

b. Presentation to update the City Commission of VISTÈ services to Bartow residents. Presented by VISTÈ President Steve Bissonnette.

c. Presentation of the Mayor John Land Years of Service Award to Commissioner Leo E. Longworth for twenty-five years of service to the City of Bartow. Presented by Eryn Russell, Ambassador, Florida League of Cities, Inc.

d. Presentation regarding Frontier’s Fiber to the Home (FTTH) project. Presented by Daniel Collings, Sr. OSP Engineer, Frontier Communications.

TO 8:30 P.M. IN THE CITY OF BARTOW, FLORIDA; ENCOURAGING CITIZENS TO ADHERE TO SAFETY PROTOCOLS; RECOMMENDING THE USE OF PORCHLIGHTS AND OUTDOOR LIGHTING TO INDICATE PARTICIPATION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
