City Of Winter Haven issued the following announcement on Oct. 18.
The Havendale Christmas Parade is Friday, December 3! We look forward to a beautiful return of Christmas cheer on Havendale Boulevard! Interested in participating? Click the link to submit a registration form.
Applications must be completely filled out and accompanied by payment and proof of insurance. The deadline is November 5.
