City Of Lake Wales issued the following announcement on Nov. 22.
Congratulations to Zailet Suri for being awarded the Public Servant of the Year by the Lake Wales Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Council
Zailet is the Assistant to the City Manager and Deputy City Clerk. She oversees our 3 cemeteries, selling plots and coordinating with families for burials.
She assists the City Manager and Commission by coordinating their calendars and meetings and as Deputy City Clerk she assists with setting up and recording of the Commission meetings and assists the Clerk as needed.
We appreciate her service to the City.
