City Of Davenport issued the following announcement on Nov. 18.
Notice to Davenport Residents-Holiday Collection Schedule
THANKSGIVING DAY
Thursday, November 25th, 2021
Services that fall on Monday, November 22nd, Tuesday, November 23rd, Wednesday, November 24th, will remain on normal schedule.
Any services that fall on Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 25th will be collected on Friday November 26th. Friday, November 26th services be collected Saturday, November 27th.
Reminder:
Christmas falls on Saturday this year and will not affect any service days.
New Year’s Day falls on Saturday and will not affect any service days.
