City Of Mulberry issued the following announcement on Dec. 15.
We are saddened at the passing of Henry Kirkland. Henry was a long time resident of the City. He served our country and was a 100% disabled Purple Heart Veteran. Henry also served on the City's Code Enforcement Board, the Planning and Zoning Board and the Board of Appeals.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Faye Kirkland and family during this difficult time.
