a. Frist reading and consideration of Wind Meadows South Plat – AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WIND MEADOWS SOUTH PHASE ONE, BEING A REPLAT OF ANY REMAINING PORTIONS OF W.F. HALLAM & CO.’S CLUB COLONY TRACT AS RECODED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA IN THE NORTH 3/4 OF THE WEST 1/4  OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST AND THE NORTH 3/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, CITY OF BARTOW, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; AGREEING TO ACCEPT FOR MAINTENANCE BY THE CITY OF BARTOW CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN DEDICATED TO THE PUBLIC UPON THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF ITS CONSTRUCTION; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERROR; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE UPON FINAL PASSAGE.

b. Issuance of proclamation recognizing the 51st Annual Bloomin’ Arts Festival, March 5th and 6th, 2022.
