City Of Lake Wales issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
The deadline has been extended to submit your artwork for the cover image of the new 2023 Polk Arts Guide. The Polk Arts & Cultural Alliance is seeking to commission an artist to create the cover image for its new publication. This publication will serve as a resource for visitors and new residents of Polk County as it will feature an inclusive list of all arts and cultural entities within Polk County. The deadline to submit is December 15, 2022 by 5 p.m. Specific commission details available at the application link listed below.
Note residency requirement: The artist must live within the boundaries of Polk County, FL.
