Status update and discussion regarding the East End Cigar Factory Catalyst Area Request for Letters of Interest and Notice of Intent to Dispose of Real Property in Community Redevelopment Area solicitation and the Formal Request for Letters of Interest Cigar Factory Salvage and Demolition solicitation
