a. Resolution No. 23-4142-R – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BARTOW, FLORIDA; RENAMING A PORTION OF AN EXISTING CITY STREET KNOWN AS “GIBBONS STREET E” TO “KEN RILEY WAY” IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXISTING CITY POLICY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (public hearing required)

a. Approval of February 20, 2023 City Commission Regular Meeting minutes.

b. Approval of February 16, 2023 Joint Meeting City Commission and Community Redevelopment Agency. (East End Catalyst Area Project)

c. Approval to reappoint Board Member Lisa Peterson to the Housing Authority of Bartow. The new term will expire April 2027.

d. Approval and acceptance of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation grant to purchase ballistic equipment for Bartow Fire Department.

e. Approval of City Commissioner absence(s) for February 20, 2023 excusal(s): None.
