Congressman Scott Franklin of Florida's 18th District has been sworn in for his third term as part of the 119th Congress. The ceremony took place in Washington, D.C., where Franklin was accompanied by his wife, Amy.
Franklin expressed his gratitude and commitment to serving his community, stating, "It’s a great honor and privilege to represent my hometown community and Florida's Heartland in Congress." He emphasized his dedication to addressing key issues and ensuring effective governance, adding, "My commitment remains the same, to fight for the issues that matter to us most and ensure our government works for YOU not DC insiders."
The congressman also highlighted his intentions to collaborate with President Trump on various initiatives. "I look forward to working with President Trump to put America first and accomplish our America-First priorities, like securing the border, reducing costs and rebuilding our energy independence," he stated.
